Services / System map

Build the capability, not just the demo.

We connect strategy, engineering, evaluation, and adoption in one accountable engagement.

Choose a focused sprint or an end-to-end deployment. Every engagement begins with a measurable workflow outcome.

Engagements / 03

Start at the level the workflow is ready for.

Each engagement has a clear decision, a finite deliverable, and a handoff into the next level of maturity.

Readiness / 04

A strong first workflow has four qualities.

  • 01Frequent enough to measure
  • 02Valuable enough to matter
  • 03Bounded enough to govern
  • 04Owned by a real operator
Protocol / 05

Fast enough to learn. Structured enough to trust.

01Week 01

Frame

Define the decision, the constraint, and the outcome worth measuring.

02Weeks 02–03

Prototype

Build the smallest complete workflow and test it against real edge cases.

03Weeks 04–08

Operationalize

Integrate tools, guardrails, evaluation, and human escalation.

04Ongoing

Compound

Observe performance, expand capability, and transfer ownership.

Questions / 06

What teams ask before we begin.

01What does a typical engagement cost?

Focused strategy sprints begin around $18k. Production agent systems commonly range from $75k to $250k depending on integrations, risk, and operational scope. Replace these example ranges with your own pricing model.

02How quickly can we reach production?

A bounded first workflow usually reaches production in 8–16 weeks. We sequence discovery, prototype, evaluation, integration, and team enablement instead of hiding them inside a long build phase.

03Do we need an internal AI team?

No. We work with operations and product leaders, then build capability inside your existing team. A technical owner helps, but our engagement includes the architecture and enablement needed for long-term ownership.

04Which models and platforms do you use?

We are model-agnostic. Architecture follows the workflow, risk profile, latency, privacy, and cost requirements—not a preferred vendor.

05Can you work with sensitive data?

Yes, subject to an agreed security review and architecture. We design least-privilege access, traceability, retention, and human approval into the system from the beginning.

Choose one workflow. Make it undeniable.

In 30 minutes, we will map the decision, the constraint, and the first measurable outcome.
